Mental health is more than a passion of mine—it's part of my calling. As a certified Mental Health First Aid Responder, I am committed to helping individuals recognize the signs of mental health challenges, respond with compassion, and connect people to the support they need. I believe that healing happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. While I value evidence-based mental health support, my faith reminds me that true hope is found in Christ. My mission is to help break the stigma surrounding mental health, create safe spaces for honest conversations, and encourage others to know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
